Register for Conference 2026!

Registration is now open for this year’s NCCCLA Conference! We’re thrilled to welcome you back for our first in-person conference since 2020 — and even more thrilled to announce our keynote speaker, Nick Tanzi, an internationally recognized library technology consultant, author, public library assistant director, and the mind behind The Digital Librarian

The conference will kick off Wednesday afternoon, October 21, at the Surry CC Small Business Center in downtown Mt. Airy.

The rest of the conference sessions will take place on the campus of Surry Community College in Dobson, NC. Please plan accordingly, as you’ll need to travel between the two locations — Mt. Airy and Dobson are about 20 minutes apart by car.

There are optional activities Wednesday evening — a wine tasting, a ghost walk, or pub trivia — all taking place in downtown Mt. Airy.
