*Virtual Conference Registration
Members, Sponsors, & Presenters
Registration for the virtual conference will open for current NCCCLA members, sponsors, and presenters on Friday, February 3, 2023. Current members should have already received a registration link via Memberplanet. Current members who did not receive an email should contact a conference committee member ASAP.
Non-Members
Registration will open for everyone else on Monday, February 13, 2023. The registration link will be added to this page on that date.
We have limited slots available for each session and would like to ask that members please register as soon as possible in order to ensure you have a spot. Once the schedule has been confirmed with presenters, registered attendees will receive an email that will allow you to choose which sessions you plan to attend.
Conference Fee: $25
The $25.00 registration is for everyone who wants to attend the conference. The fee is there to help cover panelists, Zoom conference, and Memberplanet processing fees.
Refunds
Refunds for the in-person conference will be handled by our treasurer, Alicia Hartley. Those who registered for the in-person conference should have already received an email that includes instructions on how that will work. The deadline to request a refund is Friday, February 10, 2023. If you have not received an email, please reach out to the treasurer. Thank you!
